take the ride.. are you ready?..come close and take my hand
Early morning The road is Empty and silent Like people are Non-existent
Scenery Flickers past Just a glimpse Before It’s gone
Double yellow Dashing yellow No yellow You follow The road ahead
It seems like It stretches On forever With many Twists and turns
Up hill Down hill An endless Stretch spans Before you
Wind rushes Blows your Hair back It tickles Your face
You accelerate Speed down A vacant lane No cops For miles
The engine Roars Your travel Music On the open road
Blue sky above Gray pavement below You ride on Following the sun And
chasing the clouds

A Sudden Rush of Emotions & A Lil' Thank You Note
7:47 PM
Its Friday night. I'm sitting at home. Surfing the net. Thinking bout stuff. So sad kan. Suddenly....I got hit by the emotional train. My thoughts were floating towards my friends. Thinking bout how I've known them, how long I've known them, what we've gone through together and how unique and special each of them are to me. And it suddenly striked me that...I've NEVER ACTUALLY thanked them. With them around me, growing up was easier. None of those awkward transitions. And they've ALWAYS allowed me to be me. Even though it meant me being an absolute nerd. Lol.
Anyways, I figured the only way to do them justice would be to thank them individually. So here we go, alphabetically.
Ai Wei
Ai Wei on the left...don't seem to have any pics with her :(
We knew each other since primary school. Since which standard, I'm not too sure. My school was so small, we kinda basically knew everyone. So can't really pinpoint when I actually got to know her know her. She's the matured one among all. I guess its cause she's the eldest as well. Born at the beginning of the year. So she's our big sis. I feel that we kinda got closer after high school. We hang out more at that time. I don't how that happened. But its nice. Can always have a good laugh with her as we'll definitely talk about the funny moments of primary school.
She had REALLY been there for me earlier this year when I was going through a rough patch. Sms-ing me pretty often to check on me. Gave me a lot of advice. All the way from Australia nonetheless! I really couldn't ask for more. Without her, I most probably will not have think straight. So...Ai Wei...thanks a lot! When you come back next year, we go Hard Rock, k. I belanja. ;) Hahaha.
Hema
Hema & me
This girl....use to call her sfebe. Got to know her when I joined a tuition centre near my house. My first impression of her? VERY noisy and talkative! Then got to know her d...VERY sarcastic too! Hahahah. I never would have thought that this noisy fella gonna be one of my best buds now. She's been with me through all the good and bad times. We practically chat with each other every day through sms. Yeah, imagine our phone bills at that time. :p But it kinda kept my spirits up when I was down. Especially those boring days when I was studying in Malacca. Up to today, I kinda sms her the most. But now lesser a bit cause this sfebe started her internship d. Cannot kacau that much. Hahahah. I also remember when shite happens, I'll call her for consolation, even if it meant being at 3sth in the morning. Hahaha. And at the end of the conversation, I'll be sleepy and she'll be fully awake. Hahaha.
Babe, sorry la....what to do. Only you will layan me at that time. Hahaha. So..thanks a lot for waking up on those days and spending all those money sms-ing me!
Junie
Junie & me
Junie....not really sure exactly when or how I got to know her. She was also a friend since primary school. We got closer in Standard 6. That I remember. Then when we went to different secondary schools, we kept in touch by writing letters to each other. That time...no email yet. When got email d, we upgraded. Hahaha. Then she joined my secondary school in Form 4 and was my classmate again for 2 years. It was really fun having her around. I guess its cause she's someone I know since I was young. So the feel was kinda different from the people I got to know in secondary school.
But yeah....our friendship managed to remain strong all through those times and also the years when she went to UK to continue her studies. Not bad la. She use to call me a lot when I was away in Malacca studying. Make me feel less homesick. Getting to gossip with an old friend like her also helps a lot. More interesting. Hahaha.
Junie, when you leave KL d, I will miss you a lot, a lot, a lot lor. No one will call me at 9sth in the morning and ask whether I wanna go shopping lor. Hahaha. You'll be soooo much further to reach. Never mind, still got email, MSN messenger. If not, can always hop on a bus and go find you. ;) Will drag Mei Wuai along as well. Hahahah.
Lastly....Mei Wuai..
Mei Wuai & me
This woman ar....know her since primary school as well. Quite famous lor cause one of the smart ones. Most of the time, one of the top 3 in exams wan. If wanna excel must try to beat her. Hahaha. Then one day, I invited her to my birthday party. She also surprised. I also surprised. Think she very the famous lor. Hahaha.
Sometimes, this fella can read me like a book. Damn scary wei. Guess that's why she studied psychology. Hahaha. Now, she's changed from reading me to analyzing me. Lagi scary, I tell you. But nice also when there's someone who understands you. Both of us love to sleep, though I sleep lesser now. Got a life maa....not studying anymore...time to enjoy! Hahaha. Always make me laugh wan. When I wanna get rational opinion, I go to her. :) So you should to if you want to make a rational decision. :p
So wanna say a BIG thank you to the 4 people above who have certainly make a HUGE different in my life. Without you, I might have ended up in some gutter. Though don't think my parents will let me also la...hehehe. ^_^

Pre-Celebration
7:27 PM
Yesterday, Junie and I brought Ashley out to pre-celebrate her birthday which is next Friday. It is kinda early...a week....but Junie won't be free on the actualy date, so we brought it forward a week. Went to a Japanese restaurant at Pavillion, called Kampachi. We were suppose to go to a place called The Sassorosso, but we found out it was closed on Saturdays. What a bummer! I thought most restaurants open on weekends as that's when the business pours in? Humpphh....
I'm not really a big fan of Japanese cuisine but I decided to go along as I believe there would be something suitable for me. And I was right. :) The ambiance was really nice. Quiet. I like it there. I ordered a rice set, Cutlet Curry Rice. It has curry chicken, fried chicken cutlet, a bowl of salad, miso soup, fruits and also a glass of ice water. Haiya...if I had known, wouldn't have ordered green tea already. :p Haha. Kiasu me. The curry was actually nice as I didn't have much expectations of Japanese curry. But I guess its already been adjusted to Malaysian taste buds.

After that we went for a walk around Pavillion. Junie went to buy Father's Day pressie and I was looking around for some birthday pressies. We got tired and thirsty after a while, so we went to have a drink at a shop called O Cha Cha. Junie suggested it. Everything on the menu has green tea to it. Even the cakes!
O Cha Cha
Notice all the drinks we ordered are green? (l-r) green tea with red bean, green tea latte and green tea with soymilk(?) something like that :p
Me busy on the phone...lol

With that, Saturday ended pretty fast. It was a really nice day though.

Training
9:19 PM
I absolutely love going for trainings. The first reason is that I don't have to work. Haha. Who wouldn't be glad for that reason. :p The 2nd is, I get to feel like a student again! Yey! I still don't wanna admit I'm old. Some people actually think that I'm still in high school! Which I totally don't mind. Hahaha.
Oh oh....today I've FINALLY confirmed on going to KK in July with Ashley. Yippee!! So happy! Now just need to re-confirm the dates with her tomorrow, book the tix and KK here we come! :D So excited to fly again!
And also...most probably will be going to Cherating for my dept teambuilding in early August. Nothings confirmed as my colleagues are damn fickle minded (more than 50% woman...that's why la). Sigh. Hopefully they'll be more confirmed when I get back to office tomorrow. :)

First Full Tank
1:49 AM
I've finally filled my first full fuel tank today. I use to pay up to RM40 max for a full tank. Most of the time, it doesn't even reach that amount.
And now, its hitting RM53!!! I nearly fainted when saw the numbers went over RM50. *sob sob*
That means...I'll be spending more than RM200 per month on fuel alone!! Wth. I wanna shop with the amount of money!
Oh crap. Now I'm a shopaholic pulak. Wth. Hahhaha.

Dream Dashed
11:00 PM
My dreams of owning a K850i is pretty much gone for the moment. :(
I'm sooo broke! My trip to China cost me a bomb....which I'm still paying off. Sigh. And then I went and bought a camera, which I should have bought before my trip. Sigh. And then there's a a lot of celebrations coming up which I need to pay for....mom's bday, father's day, friends' bday, etc. Sigh. Not only that, got a 'saman' this month too. Crap. Everything just seem to come one shot for a reason.
Anyways, I'll just have to hold myself back on the phone I guess. The thing is, nothing is really wrong with my phone. It actually has all the specs that I want and its still working perfectly fine. I just want a better camera on my phone and also a new phone to play with. Hahaha. Its such a stupid reason to change my phone rite? Well, what to do. :p

Poor As A Church Mouse
9:11 PM
Wth. The fuel price has been hiked up by RM0.78 sen. It's now RM2.70 per litre!! It's crazy. I think I should be glad as I have a small car. But still....wth. I'm already in need of more moolah and now the petrol stations are sucking up my moolah too! *cry*
The government should consider making our currency stronger. We're all underpaid while the price of everything, from food to clothing to petrol...EVERYTHING is going up!!! Next thing you know we'll be begging on the steps of our companies after office hours!
